Ordering Tickets

Q: How do I order my tickets?
A: Visit our website and find the guaranteed best prices on all the greatest area attraction tickets. Our user-friendly services will help you find, order and buy your tickets online. If you have any questions or need assistance, call us at 1-877-849-2968 between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., seven days a week. Help us protect your privacy, please do not include in your message any sensitive personal information such as credit/debit card number, bank/checking account number, social security number, driver's license number or equivalent data. We will contact you as needed to complete your request.

Q: We are staying at a Westgate Resort, can we pick up our tickets there?
A: Yes, you are able to pick up all your tickets at the Attraction Tickets Desk in the lobby of all Westgate Resort properties.

Q: How soon before I arrive do I have to order my tickets?
A: If you choose our shipping option, we require at least 2-3 business days to ship out your order. If you choose to pick up your order, you can order your tickets at any time. Tickets are available for pickup at Westgate Resort properties or our Tourist Information Centers as soon as the order is placed.

Q: Are your Disney tickets RFID & FastPass+ enabled?

Payment Options

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept credit card payments online (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and many more). If you wish to pay with cash or travelers check, you can purchase tickets at one of our many convenient Pick Up Locations.

Pick-up/Delivery

Q: I am ordering tickets with my credit card, but someone else will be picking up the tickets. Is this okay?
A: To protect our guests, only the cardholder will be able to pick up the tickets at the designated Attraction Ticket Desk or Tourist Information Centers. We ask for guests to show proof of identification and provide the credit card used in the original purchase to obtain the tickets.

Q: Where do we pick up our tickets?
A: After ordering your tickets, you will receive an email confirming your order and providing you directions to our Tourist Information Centers for pick-up. If you are staying at a Westgate Resorts property, you may choose to pick them up at your resort. View Pick Up Locations

Q: Are you open on holidays?
A: Tickets2You is open to help you on holidays, but hours may vary.

Canceling or Changing an Order

Q: Can I change my order?
A: Our top priority is to ensure you are able to find the tickets you were searching for. When working with cancellations and refunds, all orders are reviewed in a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at help@tickets2you.com or call us at 1-877-849-2968 for further help. See terms below:

  • Tickets must be unused and unsigned to qualify for Return Policy
  • Expired tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site, are non-refundable
  • If a RFID profile has been set up on Disney tickets they cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Many tours and attractions require advanced notice for a cancellation or reservation change. Please see individual descriptions for details
